Natalie is a mother and a passionate advocate for education in the School District of Waukesha. Being a graduate of Waukesha South High School, and having two children currently in the district, she deeply understands the importance of education and child development. Her commitment to fostering the growth of all children in the community drives her focus on ensuring quality education, clear policies that protect students and teachers, supporting every student’s diverse path to success, and the availability of extracurricular activities that inspire creativity and learning.

Natalie’s strong leadership in sales has equipped her with the skills to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for her customers. Her proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders will enable her to foster meaningful community engagement within the district and uphold the values that make Waukesha a strong, connected community.

Natalie believes in helping the district engage with the community to support the growing mental health needs of students, while recognizing that the primary focus of public education is providing strong and rigorous academic opportunities. Having grown up in Waukesha and returning to the community four years ago, Natalie and her family cherish its strong sense of connection and are proud to call it home.
